Slaw Dawgs 50-60's Diner is a retro diner bringing back the fun and feel of the 50-60's. We opened in September of 2005. The business is owned by Jerry and Denis Barnes. Jerry is the main cook and handles all the day to day affairs as to food selections and employees. This is a Mom and Pop operation employing five part time help and several wonderful volunteers for special occassions.

 


Our mission is to provide a fun place to eat serving food in a clean and healthy environment. As Jerry is often heard saying "if something's wrong, tell us, if something's right, tell everybody else.

 


Company history
Slaw Dawgs was formed from an idea of Jerry's to bring back the fun of the 50-60's with good food and a fun atmosphere. Jerry and Denis Barnes, along with family and friends, completely remodeled the current building inside and out. After nine months of toil, we were ready to open in September of 2005.
